There are like a zillion DnB bass tutorials out there on YouTube. One thing I find that works well is to split the bass into to channels. A mono, low - low mid channel and a wider upper-mid + channel. I might compress the mono channel to keep all the notes punchy then do all the fancy movement (automated filters, flanger/chorus, distortion etc. ). This is just a general tip for DnB distorted midrange/bass stuff.
