What about Japan, the Motherland ?

Ola everyone !

Some days ago I wondered how did Electronic Music sound in the land where it all began : I mean Japan. Since they gave birth to Roland, Korg and all those machines I sleep with more often than I do with zeugma females, they had to be very early about all this stuff.

And I was not disappointed.

In terms of intricated polyrythmic magma and "conventional structure of a track? ehh sorry I don't speak English" , my brain hadn't been moved since I discovered Australia, glitch and all these shpongolese sonic jokes.
Daring innovation in style. Audacity.

Just for instance, there's this " Black MIDI " genre - a genre ? a way of life! - for the curious ones, check "Shangai Teahouse" on youtube and I give you your money back if you find it mainstream (or I eagerly ask you to send me all your mainstream discotheque).

Many brave things on labels like Noble records and so on.

Does anyone else care about Far East Techno ?
