For anyone familiar with Chicane, can anyone tell me what this style of drums is:

- I think its breakbeat right?

Does anyone know of a decent sample cd of this type of drum beat (breakbeat or otherwise?)

I can't view the link from work but Chicane is trance, although a lot of his album releases have a triphop/breakbeat style to them. Whats the track title?

Breakbeats, eq'ed to take away the dirt and quite possibly compressed and saturated to rough 'em up slightly.

Try Jungle Warfare if you want to go really old school, but if you want to go FREE then I think I've got a lil folder of 30 FAMOUS breaks eq'd to fit that style.. gimme a sec.
