RX3 and audio restoration

Is there a special detection ability the restoration tools have? Once again for ease of flow? It's expensive, though not cedar expensive. Im highly considering RX3, though Wave Arts (as mentioned in: [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click here to register]
) is much less. Not overly concerned about price (unless its cedar) Im removing background noise of foley sounds
