[synthpop/glitch] - Crimson Joy - Delusions of Grandeur

This is my first attempt at using my synth to compose the entirety of a track, including all the percussion. I just used my analog mono microbrute. Ive been playing a lot of final fantasy and was kinda going for an 8bit sound, but not holding rigidly to that idea. Any comments or criticisms are welcome.

I like it. Using your your own synth patches like this creates a very personal result right away, which to my ears immediately makes it more interesting. It's well mixed too. Good stuff

I wasn't sure at first, but the sounds drew me in and then - I was kinda whisked away on it.
Really liked where it went.

I don't think a bad step was taken here. Structure works, could come down a bit before ending, but I think that's a style choice more than anything. Impressive use of a single monosynth. Did I hear some fawking chords in there? Sequenced or live playing?

Also, check this out.

Everything is recorded live, with some sequencing on the synth itself then produced and composed in FL studio, overlaying tracks and some pitch modification to get the chords.
