Anyway, I´m going to learn a bit about syncopation and I´ll try focusing on making some bass drops.

If you want a simple idea of what is syncopation:
|__ |__ |__ |__ Try to picture these 4 bars as quarter notes
|_ _ |_ _ |_ _ |_ _ and the same here, except it's 8th notes
Now say on each 8th is placed a note, you'd get a steady beat out of it, very regular...
Now try to substract one of the notes that is on the down beat so that it looks like this
|_ _ |_ _ |_ _ | _
this is syncopation, it may sound abstract like that, but if you do that in a sequencer, you'll see, what is going to happen is that the last note is going to give a accentuated feel to the next one, in this case the downbeat.
Syncopation is a good part of dubstep beats, so i'd recomend you experiment with it in everything rythmn related that you make...
It's pretty easy once you get the concept down and after a while you don't even think about it anymore.
Regarding bass, drop I can't tell i'm just not good at making bass drop lol...
