well, i was looking for the anime serie called Gants when i found a track called Gantz Graf of them (Autecher). I loved it, and i started to look for more of their tracks . soon i found their music and knew more about those great artists =)

Back in late 1993 or early 1994 I came across 'Basscadet '(featured on Incunabula) and was very charmed by their hip hop approach to drums. The next track I encountered was 'Lowride' (same album), but when the seminal 'Amber' was released I needed only listen to 'Foil' and from that moment on I knew it was going to be a long term relationship haha.
With regards to the well discussed AE polemic between the Pre- and Post LP5/Confield camps I would say I belong to the group who digs both divisions.

I was searching something about generative music years ago (Brian Eno's thing)... And voila! They are my favorites... Sorry RJD. xD

Well I came across them through listening to bands like Boards of Canada on You Tube. I checked out one of the suggestions they made, and it was by Autechre. It was awesome and since then, havent looked back.

Heard a track from autechre one day in class, Flutter. Instantly fell in love with it. Progressed to now having 142 tracks in my itunes of his including all his albums and alot of EP's, except im missing Oversteps though, havnt heard anything from it actually yet, ill go and fix that now
Theres just soemthing about Autechre and what he writes. It seems to have everything you want, and most of it is going on at the same time. Im always finding new things to listen to in the same track i listen over to over and over again.
